We’re committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase at HouzzBox. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return period for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@houzzbox.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for sending your items back to us. Please make sure the product is returned in its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and guide you through the return process. Items returned without prior authorization or a return number will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@houzzbox.com. We’ll address the issue and make it right, ensuring that you’re happy with your purchase.
Customized or Personalized Products:
Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged. As these products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the product. Return Shipping Fees:
- If the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged due to our error. We cannot exchange items for a different size, color, or brand.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether your return is approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
